Her expertise spans critical areas such as training and development, performance management, strategic planning, labor relations, talent management, recruitment, off-boarding and retention.

Kanya began her career as a Career Coach and quickly recognized the need for companies to address employee layoffs with empathy and within compliance. This insight led her to expand her expertise to help organizations navigate the complexities of workforce transitions.
Kanya brings a wealth of experience in training and development, performance management and strategic planning. Her leadership is rooted in a strong foundation in economics, having earned a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from The Florida A&M University.
